Its design, takes clear inspiration from traditional trawler yachts and the traditional Italian navetta, but with a clearly modern interpretation. The fly bridge extends aft to the transom, and offers a huge space, which can be used for extra living or sunbathing.

The foredeck is fitted with an oversized sun pad, as on the larger Sundeck models. The hull sides are kept high and with the vertical bow this allows you to face harder sea conditions. Thanks to its unique hull design and combined with reliable, very efficient next generation diesel engines, it is capable at cruising with great economy, in fact, with less than a liter of fuel per mile at long range displacement speed. All Sundeck Yachts are designed to cover great distances with their fuel tanks, in order to offer pleasant, economical and safe cruising. The 480 hull is built as per the other Sundeck yachts, with vacuum bagged infusion technology to reduce weight and increase the boat strength. Inside the 480, you welcome guests on board by the convenient bathing platform and foldaway step-in gangway. The 480 Yacht provides a huge saloon, with lounge seating/dining, entertainment area and a fully fitted galley.

A feature by the helm is a practical pantograph opening side door allowing access onto the side deck. Accommodation layouts allow for up to three cabins (two doubles and a single) with two bathrooms, as well as an optional convertible dinette. The combination of the roomy cockpit, the vast fly bridge, safe oversized walk around companion ways, the big windows and port lights which ensure fantastic natural light, complete the portrait of the perfect family yacht to enjoy the sun and the sea.
