A great opportunity to buy the popular Four Winns H310 model. This single engine model has only had three owners and has been very well kept. She is currently stored in RSYC Dry Stack. The current owner spent SGD $22,000 in late 2019 on the Mercruiser 496 engine. He installing new Hi Tek stainless steel manifolds, valves, piston rings, as well as new stern drive gimble housing, bellows, steering arm lever and shifter cables etc. The new Stainless Manifolds are maintenance free and do not need replacing every 5 years like standard cast iron manifolds.
Earlier in 2019 he also upgraded the original GPS to a 9 inch Lowrance Hook 9 complete with new dash backing for all the other gauges.
The previous owner renewed the upholstery a few years back and a custom full boat cover is also included. The custom cover keeps everything inside the boat dry when fitted.
Boat comes with a small cabin and a separate bathroom with vacuflush electric toilet as standard. This boat was upgraded with the holding tank and overboard discharge system options. There is also shore power to keep the batteries topped up when plugged in at a dock.
Built to seat 14, she is SZ port licensed for 12 pax and comfortable to take out 2 families for day trips. The large locally designed oversize canvas bimini gives much more shade than the original factory designed bimini. 10 people can comfortably sit in the shade during the midday sun.
