Additional Information

Nora was rebuilt, overhauled and timelessly restored as a labour of love and boasts of a uniquely spacious layout with three bedrooms each equipped with separate showers and toilets, a sprawling salon with an American style open concept kitchen and bar, and incredibly generous deck spaces with a sturdy Bimini on the top deck.

With 3 floors, she has a beautifully crafted interior. The saloon with 360 giant sliding windows is inviting, light and breeze filled. It allows for conversations, dining and unwinding over a two-side foldable dining table and comfortable and cozy seating area that extends into a fully fitted and self-contained kitchen pantry.

The kitchen worktop is newly installed, impeccably maintained, storage is plentiful, and the built-in appliances range from a new washing machine to a microwave, toaster oven, kettle, a two-door fridge and freezer and sink.

The saloon extends into the wheelhouse in the front and onto a teak covered sheltered deck in the aft from where a stainless-steel ladder leads to a 4-feet wide teak covered swimming platform for fun and frolic.

Nora offers three spacious cabins each with en-suite shower and toilets in separate enclosures. A Queen-sized bed is nestled in the main (aft) cabin with rustic lighting, mirrors, timepieces and windows that offer panoramic views of the water.

The main cabin and second (centre) cabin have a queen-sized bed and is perfect for guests and family who stay for weekend cruise trips when sailing. The third (bow) cabin was lovingly restored for two younger children, but it serves well as additional bedding for family or friends.

What is a boat without a stunning upper deck? This is the penthouse of Nora with easily- foldable Bimini for protection and shelter. The upper deck is perfect for entertaining with ocean views. The deck space is perfect for barbecues, and outdoor dining.

Onboard 4G Wi-Fi covers all three decks with flawless reception. The security camera feeds can be tapped into from your mobile phone. The boat is powered by twin Ford Lehman 275TI diesel engines rated at 275 HP, reliable and very fuel efficient at 8-10 knots; both engines were completely overhauled in 2022 and have only clocked in 18 engine hours since then.

She has a 50 feet long fiberglass Marine Trader trawler hull, built in 1991 by the Taiwanese licensee Lien Hwa, and fully refitted and relaunched in Thailand in 2009. There is also a 20 kVA Aquavault generator onboard.

Three fuel tanks 400L/400L/200L respectively are dedicated to the respective engines and the generator however a transfusion pump system equipped with additional fuel filters allow fuel to be siphoned between tanks.

Current owners redesigned electric circuits by allowing uninterrupted shore power to power all kitchen appliances, plus installed 230V operated lighting in every cabin. With a fully automated battery recharger system, when on shore power, the 12V circuit is completely spared. However, when offshore, other than the generator, an inverter can also power the 230V circuit. All bilge pumps were replaced and/or rewired.

The boat has a 400L freshwater capacity, each shower is equipped with its own flow-through water-heater powered by the 230V circuit. Each cabin has its designated marine air conditioner (also operated from the 230V circuit) with the salon hosting two units due to its grand size.

There’s an electric anchor winch and two cranes with electric winches respectively (all of stainless-steel structures), one on the swimming platform and one on the top deck, ideal for tender boat or kayak lifting (used to move washing machines and heavy equipment on/offboard.)

Nav/Com: IC-M59 VHF, Furuno GaAs radar, Furuno FVC-668 echo, 2x magnetic compass, AIS, Navionics GPS navigation on 10-inch screen
