Mike McCabe, General Manager: Born in the UK but having lived in various parts of Asia for over 13 years. Mike has always had a passion for water sports and boats have always figured in that heavily. He is a Yachtmaster in both sail and power and an RYA instructor.

Mark Fairweather, Sales and Marketing Manager: Mark is an Australian boating enthusiast with a particular passion for sailing. Having lived and worked in Malaysia and Thailand for many years he is quite familiar with the region. He moved back to Asia in 2011 after experiencing two years in the Mediterranean and joined Premium Nautical.
